  The Architecture of Ancient Rome adopted the external Greek architecture for their own purposes, which were so different from Greek buildings as to create a new architectural style. The two styles are often considered one body of classical architecture. This approach is considered reproductive, and sometimes it hinders scholars' understanding and ability to judge Roman buildings by Greek standards, particularly when relying solely on external appearances. The Romans absorbed Greek influence, apparent in many aspects closely related to architecture; for example, this can be seen in the introduction and use of the Triclinium in Roman villas as a place and manner of dining. The Romans, similarly, were indebted to their Etruscan neighbors and forefathers who supplied them with a wealth of knowledge essential for future architectural solutions, such as hydraulics and in the construction of arches. Social elements such as wealth and high population densities in cities forced the ancient Romans to discover new (architectural) solutions of their own. The use of vaults and arches together with a sound knowledge of building materials, for example, enabled them to achieve unprecedented successes in the construction of imposing structures for public use. Examples include the aqueducts of Rome, the Baths of Diocletian and the Baths of Caracalla, the basilicas and perhaps most famously of all, the Colosseum.   Corner lots traditionally provide unique design challenges. By creating a signature L-shaped plan, the design allowed for the owners to pursue their passions with the establishment of an expansive yet private garden that is connected to all the principal living spaces. The exterior façade in stone, wood siding, aluminum and stucco is a reinterpretation of the neighborhood's traditional/historical materials palette. The exterior materials permeate the interior living spaces, evidenced by the floor to ceiling double sided stone fireplace, with warmth, color and a feeling of familiarity. The home's second storey features a library and a studio, personal spaces for each of the owners, which are connected by a catwalk. I felt the 1st floor balcony didn't really need much so I left it with minimal decor... Ahhh... the third floor, the floor with the largest pictures in the magazine. The black tile wall thing is some sort of feature wallish type, so is the wooden 'L' shaped thing, in the real life house the tile and wood thing is one large bar/storage/ shelfing thing which isn't possible to make. Oh. My. God. The 5 dining room combination dining table could very well be my most favouritest object in the game!!! Until about a few minutes later but you'll have to wait for that! But yes, the dining table is so spectacularly awesome, I myself was in awe. Now, the wall at around 3:30 is my first (and probably only) custom mod in my game, it is Flabaliki's Half Wall. An issue arose during the lighting part and it appears there's a difference between "indoor" and "outdoor" lights, seeing as the third floor is technically outside because one side of the house isn't actually closed off, the lighting isn't the same as what it would be if it were closed, so I closed the wall off but it still looks the same more or less, I'm in it for the lighting, baby!!!
