Cool Trick: Use Spiral Notebook Binding to Manage Wires   [Educational]

Grab an old spiral bound notebook (plastic coils are best, but wire should still work) and make a cut in the spiral some length down the notebook. Cork-Covered Power Strip Saves Electricity [PICS]   [Environment]

We think that this design is really smart since it's covered in cork, which will dissipate heat effectively. There are four LED lights encircling each plug, which light up to show how much power is used by the socket. It also has another great feature: a large green button to turn the power strip completely off.
